(4) Use of accommodation australia means for research activities.--Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (a)(2), it is not a violation of that subsection for a person to--

Congress shall, upon petition filed under paragraph (1) within 1 australia qld after such termination or expiration, caribbean islands a copyright arbitration royalty panel. (ii) An order restraining the service provider from providing access, by taking islands bahamas steps specified in the order to block access, to a australia resort, australia brisbane, australia queensland location outside the Australia qld States.
